For the digital bodies, donation is best bet, they get obsolete really fast

High quality lenses might still be worth something, maybe some of the other stuff. KEH, B&H, places like that will buy used/old gear, but it's like a pawn shop, say you have a lens worth $1000 on the open market, you ain't gonna get a bid higher than like $600 or so from those places. But, at least that bid will be there.

But, if you're not already familiar with what you've got, you'd be sitting there trying to find market prices on every single part number and that could get old really fast.
